ServSafe has become the industry standard in food-safety training and is accepted in almost all United States jurisdictions that require employee certification.

ServSafeThe ServSafe program provides accurate, up-to-date information for all levels of employees on handling of food, from receiving and storing to preparing and serving. Various training dates are available in Bowling Green, Ohio at the Wood County Extension Office.

Dale Lybarger, Erie County 4-H Camp Director was pictured with Brittany Nemeth of Farm Credit Services (FCS) in a recent newsarticle about the generous grant awarded to Erie County 4-H Camp. Brittany was able to secure a grant for $9,000 from the FCS corporate office and $2,000 from the local Oberlin office to help with renovations of the camp's recreation hall.
