Deadline to notify us IF YOU WILL ATTEND STATE FAIR is July 18, 2025

Congratulations! Be sure to check your family email for important deadlines to let our office know if you plan to attend state fair. The email also includes other important information.The Extension Office is required to register state fair participants and provide Ohio 4-H a list of all members who will be participating at the Ohio State Fair in their selected projects. Please call the Extension Office or email Tami Kromer at kromer.53@osu.edu to let us know you will be attending.

If you need your project score sheets, please let the office know ahead of time when you call to pick up your state fair information.

• Some self-determined projects at state fair are NOT judged on Self-Determined Day. If you are unsure, when your Self-Determined project is evaluated at state fair, please call the Extension Office.
