Returning Volunteer Training
Overview of Requirements
Two hours of annual training that includes:
- Ohio 4-H Volunteer Compentancy
- Youth Activities/Programs Policy
- Erie County Program Update
Erie County 4-H Volunteer Training Requirements
Out of County Training Form - required if you receive training outside of Erie County (ie. a state update, a different county's training) IF you receive out of county training, you will still need online training for the Erie County Update.

Instructions for online training - follow all directions carefully!
There will be three modules at different website links. ALL THREE MODULES are required to complete your annual volunteer training. Failure to complete all three modules can jeapordize your volunteer status.
- One is a state training module - Ohio 4-H Youth Activities and Programs Policy Training
- Two modules are created by Erie County for Erie County each year.
- Handouts for online training - you will need these to pass your quizes
