Returning Volunteer Training

Overview of Requirements

Two hours of annual training that includes:

• Ohio 4-H Volunteer Compentancy
• Youth Activities/Programs Policy
• Erie County Program Update

Erie County 4-H Volunteer Training Requirements

Out of County Training Form - required if you receive training outside of Erie County (ie. a state update, a different county's training) IF you receive out of county training, you will still need online training for the Erie County Update.

Online Training options available in 2024 and 2025

MANDATORY IN PERSON TRAINING WILL BE REQUIRED IN 2026

• Online training options NOT available in 2026!

Instructions for online training - complete by april 20, 2024

There will be three modules at different website links. One is a state training module, and two are modules created by Erie County for Erie County. ALL THREE MODULES are needed to complete your annual volunteer training.
